Thomas Brand

Thomas Brand currently serves as Head of Production at Utimaco since October 2019, after previously holding the role of Deputy Head of Production. Prior to this, Thomas worked at Vertex Technologies Inc. from January 2018 to September 2019 as CTO and Product Development Manager. Thomas's extensive experience in production roles includes a tenure at electronic service willms GmbH & Co. KG from May 2007 to December 2017, where positions such as Deputy Head of Production, Production Scheduling Manager, Head of Test Department and Complaints, and Test Engineer were held. Thomas holds a Six Sigma Black Belt from RWTH International Academy and a Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from FernUniversität in Hagen, along with an apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Communication Technology completed from 1994 to 1998.
