Tom Maughan

Tom Maughan is a Partner at Bain Capital, where they lead the European Private Credit Group and focus on lending to private equity-owned companies across various sectors. They have served as a Board Observer for multiple organizations, including Study Group, Corin Group, Utimaco, and Learning Pool, among others. Prior to their current role, Tom held various positions at J.P. Morgan, culminating as Managing Director of the Global Special Opportunities Group in Europe. Tom earned their MBS in Business Administration and Management from University College Dublin.
