Arif ÇAPOĞLU is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Utit, a career platform for IT professionals based in San Francisco since November 2023. Since June 2021, Arif has also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Cap Technology, a consulting firm that specializes in IT training, software solutions, and R&D-focused services. As the CEO of the Çapoğlu Group of Companies since June 2012, Arif leads a multi-sectoral family business with a legacy spanning over 45 years, emphasizing digitalization and innovation. Previously, Arif was the Corporate Communication Director and Training Development Manager at Wissen Akademie between September 2017 and June 2021, where responsibilities included managing communication strategies and developing IT training programs. Arif's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and ongoing studies for a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Bahcesehir University.
