Amy Welsh

Amy Welsh is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in payroll and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior HR Specialist at Utmost Group since January 2022, Amy previously held roles as Payroll Team Lead and Payroll Officer at the Isle of Man Government from June 2019 to May 2022. Amy's earlier experience includes positions as a Recruitment Administrator at Hamblin Employment Group, Operations Administrator at Creechurch Capital, and various roles at Shell, including Personnel Officer and Learning and Development Officer. Amy holds a degree with a 2:1 in Consumer Studies and Events Management from Queen Margaret University, earned between 2008 and 2011.
