Craig Baker, CFA, is currently the Chief Investment Officer at Utmost Life and Pensions, a position held since 2024. With previous experience as the Head of Investment Management at The Phoenix Group from 2012 to 2020, they also served as Head of Investment Office and Head of Policyholder Assets during their tenure there. Earlier in their career, Craig worked as an Investment Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group and trained as an Actuarial Trainee before advancing to the role of Investment Manager. Craig holds a BSc in Physics from The University of Birmingham, which they completed between 1998 and 2001.
