Tom Packalen

Tom Packalen is a co-founder and chair of the board at Utopia Analytics, a company specializing in advanced data and text analytics solutions since September 2014. Additionally, Tom has served as a member of the Parliament of Finland since April 2011, contributing to the Foreign Affairs Committee. Prior to these roles, Tom held positions as chief inspector and operational commander at the Helsinki Police Department from June 1990 to April 2011 and as a police detective. Tom holds a Bachelor in Police Command from the Police University College, obtained between 2004 and 2005.
