Nathan Smith is the Chief Executive Officer of Utopia Care, where they are dedicated to driving positive reform in the disability sector by ensuring ethical, person-centered support for individuals living with disabilities. Previously, Nathan held various leadership roles within Utopia Care, including General Manager and Managing Director, where they developed innovative models of support and expanded departmental services. Currently, Nathan serves as the Founding Director of DSX - Disability Services Exchange, continuing their commitment to sustainability and impactful outcomes in the industry. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys family time and is a devoted supporter of Newcastle United.
