Luisa Ribeiro

Luisa Ribeiro is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. As the co-founder and CEO of Regenativ since March 2021, Luisa has driven innovation in sustainability. Additional contributions include serving as an investor for both Terraflos Inc. and YVY Life Sciences since July 2020, as well as fulfilling an advisory role at Utopia since September 2020. Luisa founded Gema Ventures in May 2014, previously held the position of CEO at Recode until April 2020, and co-founded ABRAII, contributing to the advancement of innovation in Brazil. Earlier experiences include co-founding Papaya Ventures and AchaLá, alongside a regional coordinator role at OECD focusing on Latin America. Luisa Ribeiro holds an MBA from INSEAD and has pursued further education at prestigious institutions, including Stanford University and Harvard Kennedy School.
