Dmitry Pavlov

Dmitry Pavlov is the Head of Export Department at UTS Group, where they manage the export and international trade of chemical products. They have extensive experience in business management across diverse markets, including leadership roles in companies such as Gazprom Neft and BASF, where they oversaw teams in Europe, Russia, and CIS. Dmitry holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and has a strong background in R&D related to refinery and petrochemical technologies. Additionally, they are currently pursuing coaching certification at the European Business Coaching Center in Moscow.
