Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan is an experienced inspector currently employed at UTS of Massachusetts since April 2013. With a background in structural steel, wood and metal framing, fireproofing, and concrete project inspection, Pat possesses expertise in poured concrete placement, field engineering, and carpentry. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities enable Pat to excel in both residential and commercial construction projects. Additionally, leadership qualities are demonstrated through training junior team members in inspection techniques. Pat is well-versed in budget accuracy, project scheduling, and blueprint reading. Education includes completion of studies at Billerica High School.
