Rus Newton

Rus Newton is an advisor at UTU Technologies. Rus has over 20 years of experience in the commodities industry, including stints at JP Morgan, RheinOel, Phibro Energy, Shell UK Oil, and Shell International Trading Company. Rus is an expert in trading futures, forwards, swaps, and physical crude oil. Rus has also worked on structuring deals for energy, base, and precious metals. In 2017, they joined UTU Technologies as an advisor.

Rus Newton attended King Edward VI Grammar School in Chelmsford before going on to study Experimental Psychology at the University of Cambridge, where they obtained a BA (Hons) in Natural Sciences.
