After 25 years of career, 17 of which as the Head of Tax Area of a leading full service law firm, Ana Claudia Utumi decided to follow her dream: to form Utumi Advogados, with her partner Camila Tapias, law firm dedicated to Tax Area.

Along her career, Ana Claudia accumulated a number of market acknowledgements as one of the leaders of tax law practice in Brazil, in view of her work assisting foreign and Brazilian companies, as well as high net worth families. Her practice include assisting tax litigation and tax consulting, including taxation on M&A transactions, taxation on financial and capital markets, taxation of different economic sectors such as food, beverage, cosmetics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, heavy industry, technology, electronics, services, among others. 

Utumi Advogados is born under the leadership of Ana Claudia, with a team of professionals that are eager to achieve excellence in technical assistance and client attention, with personalized and tireless work.
