Jan Fransoo

Jan Fransoo currently serves as a Professor of Operations and Logistics Management at Tilburg University since November 2020 and holds a courtesy position as a Professor of Operations Management & Logistics at Eindhoven University of Technology since September 2003. Fransoo has been instrumental in various academic roles, including Dean of the TU/e Graduate School and Program Director for the Master of Science Program in Operations Management & Logistics. Additional contributions include affiliation with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Research Affiliate and Visiting Professor, alongside advisory roles such as co-founder of the Emerging Market Retail Podcast and advisory board member for UTURN. With extensive experience in consultancy through JCF Consultancy and teaching at institutions like TIAS School for Business and EIASM Network, Fransoo has also provided strategic advice during the Netherlands COVID-19 Vaccination Program. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MSc from Eindhoven University of Technology.
