Tim Swingler

Tim Swingler has had an extensive and diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Tim began their career in the US Army as a Network Systems Engineer, where they designed network infrastructure for military facilities and deployed network infrastructure to support healthcare programs. Tim then worked as an IT Director at Advanced Radiology, overseeing technical needs and supporting critical healthcare systems. At Radnet, they served as the Director of Network Infrastructure and later as the Director of Information Technology Services for the East Coast markets. Tim managed the technical needs of multiple locations and data centers, provided project management, and ensured business continuity. As the Director of Information Technology at Tissue Banks International, they directed and managed the technology team, identified new technologies, and supported the organization's strategic objectives. At Element Fleet Management, they served as a Technical Project Manager, leading the upgrade of legacy systems and implementing software self-service tools. Currently, Tim is working at Utz Brands, Inc. as the VP of IT Infrastructure & Security, leveraging their expertise in providing technical expertise, strategic planning, and recommendations for new technologies and network applications.

Tim Swingler attended West Virginia University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
