Michael Kirk

Michael Kirk is the current Director of Account Management at UVeye. Michael has previously held the position of Director of CSM at DriveCentric and Digital Marketing Manager at Cheap Chevrolet.

As the Director of CSM at DriveCentric, Michael was responsible for managing the Customer Success Management team, creating new expectations for the account management process, hosting weekly one-on-one and team meetings, recruiting, hiring and firing for the department, and having daily conversations with clientele to change and improve processes. Michael also proactively worked with on-boarding, support, sales and development to ensure proper communication between departments and customers, shadowed employees' calls with clients, and reported directly to the CEO/Owner of the company.

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Cheap Chevrolet, Michael was responsible for business development team management (which included listening to live calls, coaching on scripts and working with each rep to improve performance), business development hiring, scheduling and pay plans, hosting quarterly performance reviews with each employee of the business development center, managing all digital platforms for marketing including website and social media as well as traditional channels, being the CRM Administrator and trainer, weekly/monthly CRM data mining, creation of custom email templates with execution of email marketing campaign, administrator for all third-party lead providers including Autotrader, Cars.com, Cars Gurus, Cars For Sale and GM Financial (which includes all reporting as well as tracking ROI on each platform), administrator for both websites including cheapchevrolet.com and cheapchevrolet.net, creation of strategic marketing plans monthly to increase traffic, creation of custom artwork for all digital platforms, creation of custom video for all digital platforms, weekly review of Google Analytics, CRM and DMS reporting to make strategic decisions on marketing efforts, and daily review and management of all digital customer reviews.

They are on a team with Shachar Sherizly - VP, UX, Yaron Saghiv - Chief Marketing Officer, and Ohad Hever - COO & Co-Founder. Michael Kirk reports to Amir Hever, CEO & Co-Founder.
