Rick Schroeder is an experienced professional in Revenue Operations with a strong background in leading strategic initiatives. As the Director of RevOps at UVeye since September 2025, Rick continues to build on previous experience as the Head of Global Revenue Operations at OffSec from March 2020 to September 2025, where responsibilities included driving go-to-market operations across various departments to support ARR growth and strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Operations Manager at AT&T from June 2010 to March 2020. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Virginia Tech and additional education from Wagner College.
