Cedrik Lim

Cedrik Lim has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Hull Production Engineer at Keppel FELS Ltd on a part-time basis. In 2013, they were a Hull Production Intern at the same company. In 2018, they were a Manufacturing Systems Intern at Rolls-Royce. In 2019, they took a leave of absence from university to do an internship at My Ally (an AI Recruitment Platform), where they worked with customers such as SAP, Coca Cola, and Riot Games. Cedrik was responsible for product design and worked alongside the founder on new products and sales pitches. In 2020, they co-founded uWave, a lifestyle and community platform, and was responsible for corporate strategy, product development, community growth, and operations. Cedrik spent seven months in Silicon Valley on an Overseas Entrepreneurship Programme, where they wrote the first lines of code for uWave.

Cedrik Lim has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, obtained between 2016 and 2020. Cedrik also holds a Diploma in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, obtained between 2011 and 2014. Additionally, Cedrik has obtained several certifications, including Reid Hoffman and Chris Yeh on Blitzscaling from LinkedIn in 2022, Entrepreneurship Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021, UX Research for Agile Teams and UX Research: Lean Experimentation from LinkedIn in 2021, and Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals from Darden School of Business | Coursera in 2020.
