UWCRC 2.0 Inc. is a not-for-profit developer and housing provider advancing inclusive, community-driven development in Manitoba. We create high-quality, mixed-income and affordable rental housing that fosters social inclusion, environmental sustainability, and long-term affordability.

Mandated to lead both wholly owned and joint-venture developments, UWCRC 2.0 Inc. also delivers expert real estate, economic development, project management, capital accounting, and property management services to post-secondary institutions, non-profits, First Nations governments, and Indigenous organizations.

Beyond housing, we develop community and social infrastructure, including spaces for arts and cultural organizations, charities, non-profits, childcare, and local entrepreneurs, through mixed-use and stand-alone projects that strengthen neighborhoods.

Since our founding in 2016, we have grown into one of Canada's most active not-for-profit housing developers, holding CMHC Frequent Builder Status. We are also recognized leaders in sustainable development and were awarded the 2025 national CAGBC Green Building Visionary Award.
