Lauren Weber, LCSW, is currently the Manager of Clinical Affairs at Uwill and has been serving as a Therapist at Starr Therapy since 2023. Previously, Lauren gained experience as a Social Work Intern at The Institute for Family Health, where they provided therapeutic services and collaborated on treatment plans. They also interned as a School Social Worker at the Bronx School for Law Government and Justice, delivering direct services to students and working with interdisciplinary teams. Lauren holds a Master of Social Work degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Italian from Bucknell University, where they graduated Magna Cum Laude.
