Joe Heim

Joe Heim is a Professor at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, where they have taught public administration, including public budgeting and human relations, since 1975. They are the Director of the Public Administration program and have held various leadership roles, including former chair of the Political Science/Public Administration Program and Chair of the Faculty Senate. In addition to their academic role, Joe serves as a board member for the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Foundation and has been a Cracker Barrel moderator for the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce since 1998. Joe also served as a Commanding Officer in the U.S. Naval Reserve from 1964 to 1984 and earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
