Jacob Brech

Jacob Brech is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership and entrepreneurship within various sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer of uWork.no since May 2016, Jacob has successfully led the first digital platform offering on-demand professional social workers in the Norwegian healthcare sector, achieving profitability within the first year. Previously, Jacob served as the Managing Director Norway for foodora, overseeing operations of the online food delivery service. Jacob also founded To Hjul Budservice, a bicycle delivery company that utilized specialized software for efficient operations, and Vinster, a mobile application for buying and selling used clothing. Additional experience includes roles at Blomqvist Auction House and IDÈ House of Brands, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
