April Dees

April Dees, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in recruitment and student affairs within the healthcare education sector. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at UWorld since January 2016, April oversees recruitment for an organization renowned for its quality medical board review content. Prior to this role, April was the Vice President of Physician Placements at Falcon Healthcare Agency from January 2014 to December 2015, where insights into the challenges faced by medical students and junior faculty were leveraged.
