Egbert Kets

Egbert Kets is currently an arbeidsdeskundige at UWV Werkbedrijf, where they work daily to enhance participation for clients with a benefits relationship with UWV. Their expertise lies in assessing employment possibilities in WIA and Wajong trajectories, conducting wage assessments, and implementing job coaching projects. In addition to their role, Egbert also serves as an internal instructor for the training of new arbeidsdeskundigen, focusing on the practical and physical aspects of the profession. They previously gained experience as a commercial technical advisor and caregiving IG, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Ergotherapy from the Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.
