Hellen Stegeman

Hellen Stegeman has extensive experience in the fields of workforce reintegration and employee management. Beginning as a Vestigingsmanager at Creyf's Uitzendbureau from May 2001 to January 2003, Hellen managed staff, conducted performance reviews, created annual plans, and advised clients on employer relations and recruitment. From January 2004 to January 2006, Hellen worked as a Reintegratiecoach at Remedie BV, supporting clients with work disabilities and guiding them towards self-employment. Hellen continued to advance in the workforce sector at UWV, serving as a Claimbehandelaar from February 2003 to February 2004, followed by a current role as Adviseur Intensieve Dienstverlening/Trainer since January 2006. Hellen holds an HBO diploma in Reintegratiecoaching from NCOI and a degree in Arbeidspolitiek en Personeelsbemiddeling from Hogeschool Haarlem. Additionally, Hellen completed training as a Practicionar in Neurolinguistisch Programmeren at Het NLP Instituut from 2015 to 2016.
