Merel Schilderman is a passionate advocate for sustainability and innovation with a strong background in data-driven problem-solving and creative strategy. They have held various roles, including Business Analyst at Gemeente Amsterdam and Senior Information Advisor at Gemeente Den Haag, where they focused on bridging gaps between business and IT. Currently, Merel works as a Policy Advisor for Data-Driven Operations at UWV, emphasizing data governance and strategic advisory. They also volunteer with Land van Ons, contributing to sustainable farming initiatives through data-driven marketing strategies. Merel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art & Economics from Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht and a minor in International Arts & Cultural Management from HKU.
