Natascha Stroober

Natascha Stroober is a registered and certified arbeidsdeskundige dedicated to guiding and coaching candidates facing work incapacity towards suitable employment through tailored reintegration and outplacement programs. Natascha's extensive career includes roles as a manager at ANWB, where they oversaw a team, managed budgets, and implemented personnel policies, as well as serving as a mobility expert and subsequently as an arbeidsdeskundige at ADEA experts in werkvermogen and UWV. They obtained their degree in arbeidsdeskundige from Capabel Hogeschool and have completed additional training in casemanagement and as a certified intercedent.
