Nicholas Ustaran-Anderegg is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of AgileRL, which focuses on making reinforcement learning more accessible through RLOps, since January 2023. Previously, Nicholas was part of the LD19 Cohort at Entrepreneurs First from October 2022 to April 2023, where co-founding partnerships and ideas were tested with ambitious individuals. As a Machine Learning Engineer at Code Nexus from August 2021 to October 2022, Nicholas worked on developing facial recognition algorithms for FaceX.io. Earlier experience includes a role as a Machine Learning Undergraduate Researcher at Imperial College London in the summer of 2019, where deep learning models were developed to analyze walking gait patterns with high accuracy. Nicholas holds an MEng in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London (2017 - 2021) and completed A Levels in Maths, Physics, and Biology at The Royal Latin School (2010 - 2017).
