Patrick Quaedackers

Patrick Quaedackers is currently an Arbeidsdeskundige at UWV, focusing on the reintegration of individuals from the Wajong and WAO/WIA target groups. Previously, Patrick held the position of Uitkeringsdeskundige at Sociaal Fonds voor de Bouwnijverheid from 1993 to 2000, where duties included determining the duration and amount of benefits under the Ziektewet and Werkloosheidswet. From 2000 to 2009, Patrick worked as a consultant, arbeidsdeskundige, and mediator at ArboDuo & ArboNed, advising employers and employees during the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter.
