Romi D.

Romi D. has a strong background in project management and organizational support, having served as a research intern at de Weekend Academie, where they developed and evaluated programs aimed at improving opportunities for socioeconomically disadvantaged families. They progressed through roles at the Sociale Verzekeringsbank as a trainee and later worked as a program secretary at UWV, focusing on data insights and organizational change. Currently, they serve as the executive secretary at UWV, providing comprehensive support to the general director in decision-making processes and risk management. Romi completed studies at Universiteit Utrecht from 2018 to 2019.
