Ronald Scheer is an ICT Architect and software developer with extensive experience in designing and optimizing IT solutions. They began their career in the Netherlands and expanded their business globally, notably founding Collar-IT and Yellow Haven Lodge in Uganda. With a strong focus on environmental sustainability, Scheer integrates creativity and innovative thinking in their projects. Currently, Scheer serves as a Senior Information Technology Architect at UWV while continuing to manage educational and professional initiatives in digital archiving and workflow optimization.
