Sedef Özen

Sedef Özen has a diverse background in social psychology and market research, with experience spanning various roles and organizations. At the University of Amsterdam, Sedef served as the Head of course evaluations, contributing to the student council of Social Psychology. Afterward, at Motivaction International, Sedef worked as an Allrounder, assisting colleagues in both quantitative and qualitative research projects. Subsequent positions included an internship at ProVeg International focused on sustainability and healthy food education, and a Medior researcher role at Totta Research, where Sedef coordinated and conducted research projects. Currently, Sedef serves as an Adviseur Werk at UWV, providing support and coaching to job seekers. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Social Psychology from Universiteit van Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, complemented by international study at The University of Edinburgh.
