Mikhail Lim is currently the Head of the ESG unit at Uztelecom, responsible for leading the ESG strategy and its implementation during a critical corporate transformation. Mikhail oversees the integration of sustainability principles into business operations and ensures compliance with various ESG reporting frameworks. Previously, Mikhail held roles as an Associate and Senior Associate at PwC Uzbekistan, where they contributed to various ESG projects and conducted workshops on sustainable practices. Mikhail also earned a Postgraduate degree in International MBA from BPP University and a First Class Honours in Economics from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
