Daniel Wood has extensive experience in customer support and management, currently serving as the Customer Onboarding and Support Manager at V-DAQ since April 2022. Previously, Daniel held the role of Customer Support Manager at Droppoint from February 2011 to July 2018, where involvement in establishing and developing the Customer Support function offered a unique professional opportunity. Daniel began their career as Manager/Senior Technician at Computer Troubleshooters Illawarra from January 2001 to April 2008. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management, both obtained from the University of Wollongong.
