Bashira Baset

Bashira Baset has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as the Director of Identity Management at VF Corporation since 2009, where responsibilities include leading the roadmap for identity management tools and overseeing various aspects of Identity Management, including provisioning and IAM auditing. Previously at VF Corporation, Bashira held the role of Director of Workforce Experience, IT, focusing on global IT strategy and business application implementation. Prior experience includes serving as Service Delivery Manager for IBM Global Services, managing data center operations for a Global 100 manufacturing client, as well as roles as a Senior System Analyst at VF Corporation and a Systems Analyst at Volvo Trucks. Bashira holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Greensboro College and has additional education from Wake Community College.
