Michael James Espiritu

Michael James Espiritu possesses extensive experience in human resources and crew development within the maritime and leisure industries. Currently serving as the Global Crew Competence & Development Marine Crew Assessor at V.Group since May 2022, Michael previously held the position of Senior Recruitment Officer for the Marine Division at V.Ships Leisure Recruitment from July 2013 to May 2022. Earlier roles include HR and Training Supervisor at Destileria Limtuaco and Company Inc., HR Training and Development Officer at San Miguel Corporation, and Human Resources Recruiting Specialist at DEMO POWER PHILIPPINES INC. Michael's foundational experience began as Assistant to the Director for Health Operations at Medical Center Manila and as a Call Center Support Representative at People Support. Michael holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas and a BS in Psychology from Trinity University of Asia.
