Jean Popa is currently the Fleet Technical Manager at V.Ships France SAS, a position held since 2014, where they oversee technical management. They have been with V.Ships since 2008 and have served as a Technical Superintendent. Jean received a Bachelor of Engineering in Electromechanics from the Maritime Academy in Romania, completing their degree in 1987.
