Tony Chew

Tony Chew is the Chief Strategy Officer at V-Key, with a notable background in cybersecurity and biometrics. Previously, they served as Chief Security Architect and CIO at V-Key, and as the Global Head of Cyber Security Regulatory Strategy and Head of Information Security for Asia Pacific at Citibank from 2014 to 2017. Tony has also held leadership positions at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, where they managed technology risk supervision, and began their career as a Chartered Accountant before evolving into significant roles in internal audit and risk assessment. Additionally, they have contributed to academia, teaching cybersecurity and risk management at various universities, and hold multiple degrees including a Bachelor’s in Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
