V Modern Italian is a contemporary Italian dining experience built around food, energy, and atmosphere.

From fresh pasta and handcrafted pizza to cocktails and late-night sessions, V brings together bold flavors and vibrant environments designed to be experienced — not just visited.

At the heart of V is a strong culinary foundation, with dishes developed in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Stefano Ciotti, combining Italian tradition with a modern, playful approach.

But V is more than what’s on the plate.

It’s about the full experience — the music, the pace, the people, and the feeling of a space that engages all five senses.

Each location is designed as a place where anything can happen — from lunch and dinner to weekend energy, cocktails, and social moments that extend beyond the table.

We are building teams that bring this experience to life every day:
	•	Fast, energetic, and detail-driven
	•	Passionate about food and hospitality
	•	Focused on creating something guests come back for

With a growing number of locations across Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S., V is growing a new generation of modern Italian dining.
