Hailey Holt

Hailey is the Organizational Behavior Associate and has been with the company for about 6 months. Although her background is mostly in Psychology, Hailey brings her insight of Diversity and Inclusion as well as her knowledge of Corporate Growth and Development to the team. Hailey is another native Washingtonian from the Columbia Heights area of the city. Hailey attended the Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA and received both a B.A. in Music and a B.S. in Psychology. Shortly after receiving her degrees from Louisiana State University, she continued to hone her craft in Psychological studies at Seton Hall University in New Jersey. Hailey’s main focus at V-Tech is to ensure that every action that she take in the realm of hiring and corporate development is through the lens of inclusivity and leads representation of those who may not be present in V-Tech.
