Sandra A Yates

Meet Sandra A. Yates, the Vice President of Service Delivery at V-Tech who is a native Washingtonian born and raised in Riggs Park in Northeast, D.C. Sandra is a graduate of George Washington University where she studied Accounting and is a soon to be graduate of University of Maryland Global Campus receiving a degree in Legal Studies. Sandra’s 30+ year professional management background has been almost exclusively in organizational management and service delivery. She led V-Tech’s internal management team that developed the organization’s ISO 20000 certified IT Service Management System (ITSMS) while also obtaining several technical certifications to manage the system itself. Along with working in corporate leadership, Sandra manages V-Tech’s Project Management Office (PMO) and directly oversees several government contracts.
