Bill Hughes is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in strategic financial management and leadership. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at V-Wave since 2021, Bill previously held significant roles at MicroVention-Terumo from 2006 to 2020, including Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer, and Board Member, after initially being retained as Vice President and CFO following the acquisition of Microvention, Inc. Bill's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President and CFO at MicroVention, Inc. from 2002 to 2006, where Bill contributed to the company's growth from start-up to a fully operational entity. Prior positions include Senior Vice President and CFO at Endocare, Inc. (1997-2001), Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Filenet Corporation (1995-1997), and Partner at KPMG (1990-1994). Bill holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, and Finance from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
