Xiao Tan is currently a Managing Partner at V0 and a leader in bridging perspectives between founders, general partners (GP), and limited partners (LP) through investing. Previously, as the Founder and CEO of EloquentSpeaking, Xiao enabled founders to enhance their communication skills, resulting in over $75 million raised by coached founders. With experience in various roles at Blameless, Xiao contributed to company growth and culture as a founding member and People Success Manager. Xiao holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is pursuing ongoing education through Harvard Business School Online and Stanford Continuing Studies.
