Charles Gelinas

Charles Gelinas is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at V2 Cloud since January 2020. Prior to this role, Charles held positions at Goodman Manufacturing as an Account Manager and Customer Service Representative, and at Louis Garneau as an Inside Sales Representative. Additional experience includes a Sales Representative role at Bell and a Climbing Guide position at Roc Gyms. Charles Gelinas holds two degrees from Université Laval: one in International Studies and Modern Languages with a focus on Development Economics and International Development, and the other in Multidisciplinary Studies covering Economics, Communication, and Political Science.
