Dave Boyer

Dave Boyer, PMP, CSM, is an experienced Program Director currently overseeing National Security Programs at V2X Inc, managing operations for the Mojave Contract at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency with a team of 75 employees. With a long-standing involvement in ice hockey officiating since 1982 for USA Hockey, including national championships, Boyer also holds significant roles within the Southeastern Hockey Officials Association. Previously, Dave Boyer served as Program Director at Amyx, Inc., and held positions at the National Hockey League, Sotera Defense Solutions, and others, focusing on program management and consulting in various IT and business development areas. Dave Boyer earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Penn State University and has a robust background in both military and commercial project oversight.
