David Young

David Young currently serves as Senior Capture Manager at V2X Inc, starting in May 2022. Prior to this role, David held the position of Director of Capture Management at IAP Worldwide Services from May 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities included targeting new opportunities and delivering strategic leadership for business capture and planning operations. David also served as Senior Program Manager at IAP, overseeing major account programs and ensuring adherence to profitability and quality benchmarks. Earlier experience includes roles as Program Manager at CACI International Inc, Program Director and Technical Director at ManTech, as well as other positions within various organizations. David holds an MBA from the University of West Florida and a B.S. in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, where honors include magna cum laude.
