Dwayne Dunbar

Dwayne Dunbar serves as the Range Manager for Udairi Range Operations at V2X Inc, overseeing all operational functions and providing guidance to the US Government on range management. Previously, Dwayne held various roles at Engility Corporation, including Manager of Range Operations and Supervisor of the Master Gunner Team, where responsibilities included policy development and ensuring compliance with safety standards. At MPRI, Dwayne managed Abrams Master Gunner Training and spearheaded the Iraqi Army's M1A1 Tank Familiarization Training Program. Dwayne's extensive experience also includes serving as a Technical Advisor to Kuwaiti M1A2 Tank Battalions with the United States Army SATMO. Dwayne holds an Associate of Science in Mine Engineering Technology and has pursued higher education in Intelligence Management and Program Management.
