Erika Morris

Erika Morris has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and people operations. Erika began their career as a Human Resources Analyst at the City of North Las Vegas in 2008. Erika then moved on to roles such as Branch Manager of Training and Organizational Development at CSA, Ltd in 2010, and as an Employee Relations/HR Manager at ITT Exelis from 2011 to 2013. Erika worked as an HR Manager at Higher Colleges of Technology from 2013 to 2014 before joining Vectrus (formerly Exelis Mission Systems) as an Employee Relations Manager from 2014 to 2016. At Vectrus, Erika held various leadership positions, including Director of HR Operations from 2016 to 2021, Executive Director of Programs & Business Integration from 2021 to 2022, and most recently, Executive Director of Talent Acquisition and Executive Director of People Operations, starting in 2022.

Erika Morris obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they studied from 1999 to 2002.
