Frank Stott

Frank Stott is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in leading technology projects for government and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager at V2X Inc since February 2024, Frank previously managed programs at VSE Corporation, which was acquired by V2X. A notable tenure at CACI International Inc involved overseeing a $250M Marine Corps program focused on modernizing IT systems for the US Department of Defense and federal clients. Prior to this, Frank held various leadership roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where responsibilities included managing a $420M budget for transitioning state government networks. Frank's career began at the Virginia Information Technologies Agency, where oversight of network services generated over $50M in revenue, and included an engineering management role at the Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services. Frank holds a BA in Chemistry from the College of Charleston.
