James Sikes

James Sikes, MBA, is a seasoned communications professional with a diverse background in engineering and technology. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Engineer at Vectrus, James manages the daily operations of the LMRS and WAVES Mass Notification System and oversees conventional repeater sites. Previous experience includes roles as a Field Service Technician at AVL, providing on-site support for major automotive manufacturers, and as a Field Service Representative at Northrop Grumman, where James supported radar and communication equipment on the J-STARS platform. James also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Aberdeen and an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from Baker College of Flint.
