Jim Harp

Jim Harp is a senior leader with nearly a decade of executive experience and over 27 years of leadership in diverse organizations, particularly within the aerospace and military sectors. Currently serving as the Director of OGA and Depot Programs at V2X Inc, they have a robust track record in strategic planning, talent management, and cross-functional collaboration. In past roles, Jim held significant positions such as Chief of Staff at the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing and Commanding Officer for the Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 366, demonstrating expertise in operations, policy development, and resource management across global operations. Jim holds a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and a master's degree in Military Strategic Studies, along with additional training in acquisition and language.
